As General Manager of Prime 88, he leads the team with a commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service. Brian's hands-on leadership style helps ensure that every aspect of the guest experience meets the highest standards. Originally from upstate New York, he built his culinary foundation working closely with regional farms and producers throughout the Finger Lakes area.
