With more than 30 years of restaurant and hospitality experience throughout the Tampa Bay area, Brian Hession is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. As General Manager of Prime 88, he leads the team with a commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service. Brian's hands-on leadership style helps ensure that every aspect of the guest experience meets the highest standards. Whether coordinating service behind the scenes or supporting the staff on the dining room floor, his focus remains the same: making every visit memorable. Chef John Corbin

Executive Chef and Operating Partner

John Corbin brings a passion for locally sourced cuisine and seasonal ingredients to Prime 88. Originally from upstate New York, he built his culinary foundation working closely with regional farms and producers throughout the Finger Lakes area. His experience emphasizes creating dishes that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients while celebrating the flavors of each season. Raised in Hernando county, Florida, Ricky Jaeger grew up in an Italian family where food, hospitality, and bringing people together were at the center of everyday life. As Assistant Manager of Prime 88, he carries those values into every guest experience. Known for his extensive wine knowledge, Ricky is always happy to recommend the perfect pairing or share insights from the world of wine.
